Compendium 1.5.3 Alpha 4 Release Notes

Welcome to Compendium 1.5.3 Alpha 4. This is a patch release to fix a bug with tag rollover lists missing out every other tag when displaying the list. This was a sufficiently annoying bug that it warrented this alpha release. Apart from this change the code is identical to 1.5.3 Alpha 3.
