Dialogue Mapping Book Published

One of the primary uses of Compendium is as a group facilitation tool, and now there's a book that explains how to do it. In Dialogue Mapping: Building Shared Understanding of Wicked Problems, Jeff Conklin describes the basic elements of using Compendium for crafting shared understanding and commitment and increasing collective IQ. A highly readable and fun introduction to this new collaboration technique, Dialogue Mapping includes scores of examples, stories, and Compendium screenshots. The book offers a theoretical foundation explaining why IBIS and face-to-face collaboration are so important, and is a practical guide for consultants, facilitators, managers, and team leaders.
